A social enterprises, FERL.org has been working on enhancing community cohesion in Manatee County. We distribute our research study from the Middlesex University to advance sustainable, safe, lively neighborhood.

I have listed followings of soft skills(Emotional Intelligence) to advance our community cohesion in Manatee County in general; self-awareness, emotional self awareness, accurate self assessment, self-confidence, self-management, self-control, transparency, adaptability, achievement, initiative, optimism, social awareness, empathy, organizational awareness, service, relationship management, inspiration, influence, developing others, change catalyst, conflict management, teamwork and collaboration.

FERL.org has been collecting individual's rights and responsibility towards lively neighborhood. Our individually protected citizenship should benefit socio economic development in our cohesive community.

Our current project - "RESPECT".
Distributing soft skills training to learn and advance community cohesion. We will monitor statistics, censorships to assess more needs of setting some evaluators and cohesive policies for our community.

Mutual respect and equality of opportunity between different groups, faiths, cultures and ages should be one of the fundamental tenets of civic and social behaviour. Working to achieve this is one of the hallmarks of an enlightened and mature society.
There are three stages to measure the community cohesion. First the different communities should be mapped to promptly monitor their progress of its cohesion. Second, I should input the community cohesive program to record its quantified output using statistic maps by categories. Third, the finding should be responded to adjust my policy and program while I monitor.

This project will achieve followings:
-Inform soft skills vocabularies using YouTube videos
-Conduct some workshops at the local libraries to advance local cohesive development
-Request the county to provide us some soft skills evaluators to mandate for every person to practice soft skills at any places (evaluator may assess its passing goal at 60% for technical skills and 40% at the soft skills)
-Request the county board to modify policy for restricting violent perspectives and violent habitual behaviours.
